The first meeting is usually held at the future home site; the property may look onto a stunning view such as a golf course, or lake; we help capture the beauty of the surrounds. There may be more specific focal points surrounding the home such as a pool, fernery or garden, we help capture the beauty of the surrounds, no two homes are the same as no two clients dreams are the same”.

Some clients give us a budget and run with our design no hassles or headaches for them.”

The design process takes 60 to 180 days. Construction takes 120 to 360 days depending on the individual project. We are very careful to provide precise specifications, so our clients know exactly what to expect.
